We do not accept gratuities for technicians through credit, debit, or gift cards. Gratuities are accepted in the form of CASH only.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept CASH, Visa, Master Card, Discover, BEYOUTY Nails & Spa gift certificate, and Apple Pay. Cash payment will receive more points for our loyalty program for $$ off.
REFUNDS Services are NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason you are unhappy and dissatisfied with your service, we will be happy to fix it for you. Please address the issue and concern with the manager. Our goal is to make every customer happy!

Nails & Spa is mainly walk-ins basis. We do offer appointments. However, scheduling an appointment guarantees service and priority, but does not guarantee your service will begin at the requested time. Estimated and actual service times may vary. Please allow for extra time in your schedule when making an appointment. If you need to be done at a specific time please let the front desk know and we’ll be glad to let you know if it can be accommodated. The time block for each service is an estimated value based on typical average time spent. Actual service time may vary depending on the selection of services at check-in and the condition of each customer.
